Pope St. John Paul II's Theology of the Body (T.O.B.) is now a well known literary and pastoral work. It has provided greater vigor and strength to all areas of the Church's sacramental teachings, such as marriage and celibacy, sexual morality and the commandments, and more. Many parishes, including ours, have utilized T.O.B. youth studies, inspired by the John Paul II and created by recent theologians, catechists, and apologist.
