Plenty is happening for Lent here at St John Vianney Parish!  Make sure you scroll to the bottom to see it all.

Mark your calendars!  St John Vianney parish has scheduled our annual Lenten Mission for Wednesday, March 22 through Monday, March 27.  Our theme this year is "National Eucharistic Revival" and we will kick the Mission off with a talk on the subject from the head of the Office of Worship for our diocese, Josh Perry.  We will bookend the week with a Preached Holy Hour from Deacon Phil Lawson, director of Pastoral Ministries.  Other events include a talk from Deacon Josh McDonald, a special scriptural Holy Hour with devotions, Soup Supper Fellowship, Stations of the Cross, Saturday morning Mass for the Solemnity of the Annunciation, witness testimonies from parishioners at the weekend Masses, a coffee hour on Sunday after the 9:00 Mass (sweets on Sunday are OK! Because each Sunday is a mini-Easter, our Lenten sacrifices may be suspended for the day if we choose), and a Night of Mercy on Sunday evening with Adoration, readings, music, prayer, and confessions with visiting priests.
