Note: Lessee must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

St. John Vianney Parish Charitable Trust (the “Lessor”) requires the following for rentals:

The Lessee is required to obtain a one million dollar liability insurance coverage for the event through their homeowner's insurance policy or by obtaining an individual special events policy through a recognized insurance agent in the amount of one million dollars. The Lessor's insurance policy does not provide coverage for claims against Lessee. Lessee is required to provide evidence of general liability insurance in the above stated amount which names as additional insured the Lessor and the Diocesan Bishop, as Trustee.
